Orthodontics is an excellent investment that will last for the rest of your life. Financial considerations should not stand in the way of obtaining your beautiful smile. We offer multiple convenient payment options in order to accommodate the individual needs and lifestyles of our patients.

At Ohmart Orthodontics, we make every effort to work with your financial needs, with zero-interest financing, helping you plan your FSA contributions and/or working directly with your insurance company to maximize benefits.

1. Payment in Full – For those of you who would like to avoid making monthly payments, we offer a bookkeeping courtesy if you choose to pay in full at the beginning of treatment.
2. Interest-Free Plan: Auto Debit by Check or Credit Card – You may make an initial investment on the day that your orthodontic treatment begins, paying the remaining balance in monthly installments over the duration of your treatment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards.
3. CareCredit – No initial down payment required! This plan allows you to make monthly payments over the course of treatment. This financing can be done within our office with no finance charges or through an outside source, such as CareCredit (minimal interest applies). If you choose CareCredit, you can be approved in minutes by calling their 24-hour, toll-free number (800) 365-8295 or you may apply online by visiting www.carecredit.com.​​

Orthodontic Insurance

As a courtesy to all of our patients, we will file your insurance for you as long as we are provided with the necessary information. Please be prepared to give us the subscriber’s name, their social security number or member ID, and date of birth, along with the name of their employer. We will also need to know the name of your dental insurance company and an 800 number so that we may contact them for a breakdown of your benefits and their claims mailing address. We currently accept all traditional insurance plans.
