If you come in for an exam, but are not quite ready for braces yet, don’t be disappointed. We like ALL of our patients to be involved with our exciting office activities and contests, even if you don’t have your braces on yet!
We would like you to become a part of Dr. Ohmart’s “KID’S CLUB.”
Dr. Ohmart’s “Kid’s Club” gives you the opportunity to participate in our activities from home, like contests and patient appreciation day! You will receive a newsletter in your home with a contest enclosed that you may fill out and mail back to our office, or you may bring it by if you would like. Some of the prizes that you will be eligible to win are things like Gift Cards, tickets to Elitch Gardens or Water World, Entertainment Packages, Electronics, and much more!!
During your birthday month you will receive a birthday card from our office. If you bring in your postcard within 30 days of your birthday, we will give you a movie pass to an AMC theatre so that you may celebrate your birthday in style.

Wooden Nickel Prizes!
As you know you can collect wooden nickels at each visit to turn in at any time during your treatment or save them until the end of your treatment for prizes like;
- 25 nickels – 2 movie passes or a $10 gift certificate to: Starbucks, Chipotle, Sports Authority, PacSun, or Target
- 40 nickels - $20 gift certificate to: Starbucks, Chipotle, Sports Authority, PacSun, or Target
- 55 nickels - $30 gift certificate to: Starbucks, Chipotle, Sports Authority, PacSun, or Target
